The phone calling plan is based on Sweden definition.
It has all the number rules except the last one #4 (better suggestion).

1) dialing pulse count:
Dial 0: 1 pulse
Dial 1 : 2 pulse
.....
2) for most popular number:
07xxxxxxxx
National cell phone numbers: fixed 8 digits after "07" + 8 digits, will dial immediately.
3) for fixed number:

118xxx Number enquiries
90xxx Other special numbers
Will dial immediately
4) any other number start with "0" (except "07") with longer than 6 digits.
Changed to:
4) any other number will dial after a "#" enter or wait 10 seconds.
It will give the user more control over which number they want to dial.
Also added is "55" for Siri Call. All other commands are still available. Includes "0000" for pairing.
