1) Make sure your hardware is ver 4.0 or higher. Click this link to check your hardware version.
2) Plug your Cell2Jack to your PC's USB port.
3) Download c2j_log.exe from above link to your PC and run the program.
4) The program will start logging the trace once it found the Cell2Jack.
5) Start operating Cell2Jack or testing procedure (such as pair, make call, ring back test...).
6) When done, type any key to stop the logging process. The log trace will stored into "Cell2Jack.trace" file.
7) Email 'C2ll2Jack.trace' file to customer support.
Note: Some PC may ask your permission to download and run the exe file. Click ok to proceed.
