Note:
1) Make sure you install google voice and you can make/receive phone call on your cell phone first.
2) After install our cell2jack_hangout app, follow on screen instruction to enable the cellphone's options
such as (accessibility, default app,....).
3) You MUST KEEP cell2jack_hangout app on top (foreground) of cellphone screen.
